Hands up if you can name all of the genres of every TV show there ever was, and be completely right? As in, say every single genre there ever was in terms of TV shows…nope, me neither. But you have to agree there are a lot of them. Lawyer shows (Suits, The Good Wife, Bull, The Good Fight, For The People, Law And Order, Damages, Boston Legal, The Practice, The Guardian, The Grinder, Ally McBeal, Fairly Legal, Rake), medical shows (Grey’s Anatomy, The Good Doctor, The Resident, House, The Night Shift, Doc Martin, ER, Private Practice, Hart Of Dixie, Royal Pains, Body Of Proof), superhero shows (Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends Of Tomorrow, Smallville, Agents Of Shield, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, The Gifted, Heroes, Black Lightning, Cloak And Dagger), teen dramas (One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, 90210, Veronica Mars, Pretty Little Liars, The Vampire Diaries, Riverdale, 13 Reasons Why, Teen Wolf, Glee, Roswell, Dawson’s Creek) and family dramas (Parenthood, Packed To The Rafters, Brothers And Sisters, This Is Us, The Fosters, Switched At Birth, Gilmore Girls, Fuller House, 7th Heaven, Touched By An Angel) are probably the most common scripted shows on TV right now- yet there is one genre above all, I reckon, that will continue to keep going, even if all the others fail and collapse.

WOW HITS 2020: WHAT’S YOUR PREDICTION (PART 1)?

Hi everyone, how has your week been? Seeing that it’s October yet again, and around this time last year, we posted our first WOW HITS 2019 predictions, it’s time for us to predict…you guessed it, the track list for WOW Hits 2020. In fact, I’m sure you all are thinking about which songs are shoe-ins for next year’s compilation even now! Because, let’s be frank and honest here, WOW Hits has always been and will always be the most talked about Christian compilation album released in any year. So, what better time than now to make a prediction of WOW Hits 2020…sure probably half of my predictions will be correct (or maybe even less than half)…or maybe most will be spot on, considering how WOW is with dated songs on these compilations- but, who knows. So without further ado, here’s my stab at the tracklist for WOW Hits 2020. Anyway, stay tuned to more predictions next year! Happy predicting!

FLASHBACK FRIDAYS: WEEK 27 (The Story Of Your Life by Matthew West)- Why Your Story (And Your Story as part of His Story!) is the most important thing in the whole world!

Everyday (or every week) just before I write my new Flashback Fridays’ blog for the week, I usually have a scaffold, or a detailed summary, or- if neither of those things- an inkling, of what to write down, of what has been brewing in my life that I can impart to you guys and give you all advice/wisdom. This week though… I had nothing. No topic, no album to talk about, not a single thing. Well that’s not entirely true- this morning I had nothing. But you know how God turned to water into wine more than 2000 years ago? Well He’s done the same here- and the fact that I thought I had nothing, was actually something, was actually the basis for this upcoming blog. Which is weird but fitting, in a strange way.
