  • This week there are tons of albums releasing, and you can listen to two of them in full now! Thousand Foot Krutch’s Oxygen:Inhale and Steffany Gretzinger’s the Undoing can be listened to here and here respectively; what do you think of the albums?
  • There’s plenty of official music videos that have debuted this past week. Check out videos from Amy Grant (“Mega Mix”), Chris August (“The Discount Song”), Capital Kings (“Fireblazin’”), Manafest (“Edge Of My Life”), Needtobreathe (“Washed By The Water (Live)”) and Austin Adamec (“Chains Break”); which video is your favourite?
  • Kevin Max, Lecrae (watch another behind the scenes video here), Lincoln Brewster, Our Hearts Hero and Colton Dixon have released lyric videos for their songs “Light Me Up”, “All I Need Is You”, “Sinking Ships”, “10 000 Reasons” and “Anchor” respectively; which song is the catchiest?
  • Trip Lee is back, and releasing Rise on October 28th; check out the details and the audio slide of the lead single “Shweet”! Are you excited for the release date?
  • Two of our most anticipated albums this year are Lauren Daigle’s How Can It Be EP and for KING & COUNTRY’s Run Wild, Live Free, Love Strong; check out behind the scenes videos to “How Can It Be”, and fK&C’s new song “Without You”! Are you excited for these two releases?
  • Check out the new album cover of Chris Tomlin’s upcoming new album Love Ran Red, releasing on October 28th! Who’s excited to hear more worship tunes from the sixsteps records artist?

  • God’s Not Dead was one of the most confronting and encouraging films of 2014 so far, and Kevin Sorbo, the lead actor, has spoken out about Hollywood in this open and honest piece; check it out! Do you agree with his views?
  • As is the case with any week, the TV news doesn’t stop. So let’s dive in shall we? NBC is developing a TV series based on the movie The Devil’s Advocate, and there are also more casting developments on Spike TV’s miniseries Tut (Kylie Bunbury and Peter Gadiot). Emerald City, slated to have premiered in 2015, is now cancelled, and Twitter users are reaping the benefits of an early premiere of the pilot episode of the comedy series Selfie. There will be a second adaption of the biblical story of Noah (this time animated!), and we will be meeting Belle’s mother in Season 4. Finding Carter was also renewed for season 2 on MTV. Minority Report, Rain and the Derrick Storm novels from Castle are also ideas for TV shows. Which piece of news is intriguing or exciting?

  • A couple of more tours have been added to the schedule- with Rend Collective and TobyMac announcing tours- The Art Of Celebration Tour and the Worship Stories and Songs Tour; which tour are you excited to attend?
  • Jesus Culture, Luminate, Mark Schultz and Ginny Owens are all working hard in the studio on their new albums; are you excited to hear new music from these artists?
  • The Dove Awards are held in early October, and Lecrae and Bart Millard of MercyMe have been nominated to host the prestigious night. Who’s excited for this highly respected annual event?
  • Stu G has signed with Integrity Music, should we expect more solo albums in the future?
