BEST OF 2018- PART 7: TOP 15 ANTICIPATED ALBUMS OF 2018 (OCTOBER – DECEMBER)

Hello again! Two times in one day, isn’t this a treat! If you’ve read my previous best of 2018 post, then you’ll know I delved into my favourite 20 songs released from July – September 2018. So what else could I post about, given the posts we’ve already written about in the ‘Best of 2018’ series? Well, it’s time to speak about 10 releases that are most anticipated (by myself!) that are set to release within the next three months.

The year has indeed gone by very quickly, and there have been thousands of releases that have been unveiled in 2018, such as albums from veterans (Phil Wickham’s Living Hope, Rend Collective’s Good News, Blanca’s Shattered, Building 429’s Live The Journey) and newcomers (Riley Clemmons’ Riley Clemmons, Austin French’s Wide Open, Pat Barrett’s Pat Barrett, For All Seasons’ Clarity); worship artists (Zealand’s Liberated, Passion’s Whole Heart, Vertical Worship’s Bright Faith Bold Future, Martin Smith’s Love Song For A City) and pop artists (Hawk Nelson’s Miracles, Jordan Feliz’s Future, Plumb’s Beautifully Broken, Ryan Stevenson’s No Matter What); as well as albums from a crossover artist (Tori Kelly’s Hiding Place) and surprise comebacks too (Sarah Reeves’ Easy Never Needed You, Michael W. Smith’s A Million Lights and Surrounded, I AM THEY’s Trial And Triumph and Sanctus Real’s Changed)!

However, despite the sheer number of albums that have released and the albums we have already reviewed this year (not to mention the albums we are yet to review!); let us remember that there are 90 odd days remaining in the year for us to be blessed with new music from well-established as well as up and coming artists. So, let us without further ado delve into 15 albums releasing in the last quarter of 2018 that we are excited about!

    1. Hey mate, thanks for letting us know, however we don’t actually know if “Afraid” is even the same song- could be same title but different lyrics hence new song altogether!

Besides, it’s not marketed as the new single. None of the songs delved into in the teaching videos are either I think.

      1. I don’t know. I’m just telling you. I’m pretty sure it is the same song. I don’t know anybody who has ever done the same name, different song.

Also, it seems I have been hearing “Afraid” on the radio A LOT lately, and I think it might actually be the new single.
